Honister specialises in creating a stunning range of bespoke tables and benches. These create an eye-catching natural feature and are designed by nature to last forever. As well as its beautiful colour, this slate is renowned for its resistance to weather. It doesn’t encourage growth of mosses or lichens and it is impervious to frost.
The most popular benches and tables we make are rustic but we also do smooth. Ours are not made or sold anywhere else except at Honister Slate Mine in the Lake District. They are all hand-made using natural Honister Green Slate and you can order any size you like but generally they are 18 inches in height.

You can also have your bench inscribed with a personal message, picture, poem or inscription.
